Accessibility
IRIS is used by investors of every age and ability, and by investor-relations teams who work in it all day. We build and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This page says what that covers, how we test, what does not yet meet the standard, and how to reach us.
What this covers
- useiris.ai and these policy pages.
- The investor concierge and the presentation viewer that Clients place on their investor websites.
- The privacy notice shown to visitors, and the unsubscribe page.
- The IRIS console used by Client teams.
What we do
- Text and controls meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background.
- Everything that can be clicked can be reached with the Tab key and used with Enter or Space, with a visible focus outline. Dialogs close with Escape.
- Form fields, buttons and icons carry names that screen readers announce. New concierge replies are announced as they arrive.
- Pages declare their language, and the public pages and the concierge fit a phone-width screen without sideways scrolling.
- Animation is switched off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
How we test
Every release is scanned with the axe-core rule set for WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA across each page and each console view, at desktop and phone widths, together with scripted keyboard checks. The most recent scan, on September 30, 2026, reported no failures. Automated scanning finds only part of what the guidelines require. IRIS has not yet been through a manual audit by people who use assistive technology, and we do not claim full conformance.
Known limitations
- Presentations. Company presentations are shown page by page as images, which a screen reader cannot read. The original PDF can be downloaded from the viewer, and the company can supply an accessible copy on request.
- Stock chart. The live chart in the concierge is supplied by TradingView. We do not control its accessibility. The same information is available on the exchange's own page, which the concierge links to.
- Voice mode. Speaking to the concierge needs a microphone. Everything it does is also available by typing.
- Maps and charts in the console. Each one is accompanied by the same figures as text or a table.
- Documents written by Clients. News releases, technical reports and other documents belong to the Client and may not meet the standard.
